Employment Opportunities for Graduates
Graduates of the department work in:
- The Ministry of Ecology, Geology, and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Kazhydromet, the Institute of Geography and Water Security;
- Regional environmental and natural resource management institutions;

The knowledge acquired through theoretical courses is reinforced during industrial and scientific research internships. Students develop skills in analyzing research objects, working with cartographic and specialized data sources, processing collected materials, and preparing for public presentations.
