Joint Dual-Degree Program: L.N. Gumilyov ENU and Nanning Normal University

The establishment of the "Eurasian School of Science and Technology" in China is a strategic collaboration between L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) and Nanning Normal University (NNNU). This program is designed to train undergraduate students in Biology, Chemistry, and Practical Chemistry, culminating in degrees from both prestigious institutions. Starting September 1, 2025, the curriculum stipulates that 30% of the courses will be delivered by ENU faculty, while the remaining 70% will be handled by NNNU. Significantly, the project is entirely funded by the Chinese side, ensuring the seamless integration of international educational standards without financial expenditure from ENU.
Key Partnership Details:
- Academic Fields: Biological Sciences, Chemistry, and Applied Chemistry.
- Operational Timeline: The agreement remains in effect until December 31, 2039.
- Governance: Managed by a joint committee of 11 members (6 from NNNU, 5 from ENU).
Faculty Engagement: ENU professors are scheduled to begin short-term teaching assignments in China starting September 2026.
- Growth Projections: The enrollment is expected to reach 1,200 students by 2028, generating an estimated annual revenue of 895,200 USD.
