Competition of Student Research Works

The Republican annual competition of research works of students on natural, technical, social and humanities and economic sciences in higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the NIRS Competition) is held annually by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of higher education institutions.

The main goals and objectives of the NIRS Competition are:

1) stimulation of research and educational and cognitive activities of students;

2) selection and support of the most talented and gifted students;

3) promoting the formation of intellectual potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
