The employment of graduates is a significant indicator of the effectiveness of the department. The Department of Chemistry pays close attention to the employment of its graduates, which is reflected in the systematic improvement and development of the system for promoting the employment of graduates and annually a high percentage of employed graduates.

The university has a Career and Employment Center. The Center acts as a key and connecting link between the department and employers, and assists students and graduates of the university in planning and career development, as well as in establishing and maintaining communication with the university.
